Setting up your Mewo account

You are two steps away from a fully operational Mewo platform. Setting up a Mewo platform usually takes about a month.

Send your assets to the Mewo team

To get your Mewo account up and running as soon as possible, our team will take care of the first catalog upload. 

What our team needs:

• All the audio files you wish to upload to your Mewo account (any format works but we recommend .WAV)
• An up to date metadata spreadsheet describing the audio files you will send us (not mandatory but advised)

How to transfer us your assets:

• FTP transfer (the preferred way)
• Hard drive (old fashion but it works)

Upon reception, the upload process generally takes about two weeks depending on the quality of the data.

We help your team get up to speed

When your Mewo account is fully operational our team will reach out to schedule up to three onboarding sessions. These training sessions will be tailored to your needs and guarantee your organization will be fully autonomous in three weeks.
