What are music briefs?
A music brief is a request for music. This is no different from the music briefs you are used to receiving in your email. Only this one is on your Mewo account making it faster for you to respond.
Who sent me this music brief?
- Most likely one of your clients with whom you are connected through Mewo.
In the example above, the music brief "L'Oréal parfum" has been shared with me by Advertising and sons.
How do I answer/submit tracks to this music brief?
All briefs you receive are stored in the brief index which you will find in the top right corner of your screen.
Click on the title of the brief to open its associated panel from which you will be able to submit your track selection. Once the panel is open click on the "Tracks" index inside the music brief's panel.
To submit tracks and respond to the music brief use the search bar in the center of the panel. Once you have found a track you would like to submit click on its name. The track is automatically added to the music brief and instantly shared with your client.
You will not find any launch/submit button because you are working in real-time. Your client can access the music brief at any time to review your selection.
OR
You can also add tracks to a music brief directly from the tracks panel which we believe to be the most convenient. On the right-hand side of your screen, you will find a "+" associated with each track.
Upon clicking on the "+" of the desired track a pop-up like the one below will appear. From here you will be able to add the track to any playlist on your Meta account. (Music briefs are considered as a type of playlist on Mewo)
Click on the music brief's name and the track will automatically be added to it.
