How do I import multiple customers?

The first step would be to go on the back-office of your Modo platform and go to the "Users" tab.

On the top right corner of the page, you will find a blue button named "Manage users". 

Once you click on "Manage users" a window with three choices will open. Select "import users".

An upload page like the one below will appear.

Here you will be invited to upload a CSV containing your customers' information. Make sure to use our CSV template, if not the upload will not be successful.

Once you have filled your CSV with your customers' information simply "drag and drop" it into the appropriate zone. A preview of your import will appear. If it all seems in order, proceed by clicking on the "Launch import" button.

You probably noticed a checkbox under the "Launch import" button. If you wish for your customers to receive a welcome email where they will be prompted to set a new password, make sure to tick the box.
