How to suggest albums to my customers?

You probably have noticed that your Modo website comes with a set of default pages. One of these is the "Suggested albums" page. This page has been built for you to showcase and promote a curated list of albums.

The first step would be to go on the back-office of your Modo platform and go to the "Suggestions" tab which is contained in the "Builder" index.

The "Suggested albums" section will enable you to add albums which will then be displayed on the "Suggested albums " page of your Modo website.

To do so simply click on the blue button "Add album". Populate the "Album from Meta" field with the name of the album you would like to showcase. Please note that the album needs to be created previously in your Meta platform and available to Modo.

You can easily reorder the position of the albums on the "Suggested albums" page by dragging them one in front of the other.

Once you have finished adding your albums to the "Suggested albums" page it is time to choose where this page will appear on your Modo website. For that head to the "Menu" tab which is also located in the "Builder" index.

Inside the "Menu tab" you will be to configure your menu, the different links, sub-links and it's order. To start creating your menu click on the "Add link" button on the right-hand side of the screen.

Here you will be given three choices "to an external page", "to Modo pages" and "to a custom page".

Pick "to Modo pages". You have just created the first link on your menu, it is now time to decide what this link will present.

Scroll down until you find "Suggested albums" and select it. You have just created the first link on your menu.

Check the menu on your Modo website to see the result.
