How to fill my legal content?

Displaying your users a legal disclaimer is very important to respect your obligations to your music's right-holders.

This disclaimer can be used to alert your users on what they can and can't do with your music, including, for instance :

• sync music without having formally requested your approval ; 
• re-sell your music to others ; 
• modify your works without your approval (...)

If you are dealing with European users, please, don't forget to mention some GDPR information such as 

• your policy with personal data ;
• a contact your users can reach to assert the rights.

Warning: according to Mewo's Terms And Conditions, you must be entitled to an agreement with your music right-holders to display music on your Modo platform. This authorization can be included in a license, publishing or a production contract, or in any locally valid agreement you may have.
