Who is eligible to become a collaborator?

Our collaborator system has been created to make collaboration easy inside an organization. You can access the collaborator window by clicking in your avatar (top right corner) from the main dashboard.

All of your co-workers inside the same organization are potentially eligible to become collaborators. To add a new collaborator click on the "Add a collaborator" button.

A window like the one just under will open up. Populate every field and pay special attention to the "Account type" field. You will find four types of collaborators in the Mewo ecosystem and all have different permissions and accesses.

  • Administrator - Administrators are granted all permissions and access whether it be on the operational or administrative side of the Mewo solution.
  • Billing Administrator - Billing Administrators only handle the billing.
  • Collaborator - Collaborators are granted with all permissions and access when it comes to operational management of the Mewo solution. Nevertheless, they do not possess administrating rights like (adding collaborators, sending agent requests, approving providers, and managing billing).
  • Read-only collaborator - Can access all information but can't modify anything.

We strongly recommend you to only add as collaborator members of your team that need to have writing access to your works.
